Hansen Helicopters executives John Darrell Walker, Kenneth Rufus Crowe, Phillip Turner Kapp and Marvin R. Reed were all arrested for conspiring to defraud the FAA. The four executives were charged with knowingly and wilfully conspiring to use and lease out unsafe aircraft that had not met with the US safety standards.

The federal gran jury set a 23-count indictment against them, charging conspiracy to defraud the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board; money laundering; honest services fraud; destruction, alteration or falsification of records; attempted destruction of an aircraft; and false statements and wire fraud, reports Pacific Daily News.
