3 died when their JetRanger crashed en route from Jacksonville to Gainesville to retrieve a heart meant for a patient at the Mayo Clinic, police and hospital officials said. The crash killed cardiac surgeon Luis Bonilla, procurement technician David Hines and pilot Hoke Smith shortly before 6 a.m. in a dense pine forest southwest of Green Cove Springs. Smith was the owner of helicopter operator SK Jets and had recently celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary. Reg N5016M not N95SK as previously reported
