Dubai-based Perla Group International have recently reached an agreement to acquire 100% shares of Ukraine’s DB Aerokopter. DB Aerokopter designs and builds the AK1-3 petrol-powered, two-seater light helicopter.

Aerokopter, a European helicopter manufacturer located in Poltava, Ukraine, announced the U.S. availability of its Aerokopter AK1-3 light helicopter. Certified in Europe in 2006, the company claims the two-seat helicopter will initially be offered as a kit.
