Two children will be paid $5.6 million following a settlement following the death of their mother when a medical helicopter she was in crashed in a rural area in Indiana in 2008.
The NTSB found the main rotor blade broke apart just after takeoff. Hendricks County probate judge approved the settlement with defendant Bell on Wednesday.
