Carter McComb, the former CEO of air-ambulance company Life Link III who faced felony tax charges, has died of an apparent suicide, Florida authorities said.  McComb was arrested after a June raid on Minneapolis-based Life Link III’s offices. He was later charged with six felony counts of failing to file income taxes. (see full story)
