Mountain Wilderness Switzerland is against helicopters dropping cyclists on the canton Valais mountain peaks. They commented that the cyclists will have a negative impact on the alpine environment. The nature protection organisation has also commented on the carbon dioxide emissions and noise pollution from the helicopters themselves, reports Swiss Info.
