Final decision – No money for Onondaga County’s Air-1

Onondaga County Legislature decided on Tuesday to stop all funding of their Air-1 helicopter.  The Legislature’s actions do not necessarily spell doom for Air-1 or the fledgling philharmonic. But it will be much more difficult for them to operate without a subsidy from county taxpayers next year  (See full story)

Swiss operator Air Grischa Helikopter has purchased a Eurocopter EC120.  Serial number 1434, a 2006 build, has been bought from French operator HeliStar.
