Burkina Faso Receives Two Donated UH-1H Hueys from Taiwan

Taiwan has donated two UH-1H Huey helicopters to Burkina Faso’s Air Force. The decision was made after Chief of Staff of the Republic of China’s armed forces, General Wang Hsin-Lung, visited. Kenyan Military Receives 6 Hueys

Friday saw the arrival of six Bell Huey helicopters to the Kenyan Military. Each helicopter is valued at $106 million. The remaining two Hueys will be delivered in May 2017, reports The Star. The new helicopters will provide aid to the troops in Somalia, who are fighting against the al Qaeda-linked terrorist group al Shabaab.
