The Ministry for Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan (MOE) will buy in 2011 for fighting fires in tall buildings of Astana and Almaty, Ka-32 helicopters.

EADS and Eurocopter sign helicopter cooperation agreement with Kazakhstan

During the official visit of the French President to Kazakhstan, EADS and Eurocopter signed a cooperation agreement with the sovereign wealth fund SAMRUK-KAZYNA to create a public-private joint venture in Kazakhstan in order to develop helicopter activities.
