Russian Proposal for Service Centre in Sri Lanka

The Deputy Chief of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation has announced that they proposing a service centre in Sri Lanka for Russian-made helicopters. Sri Lanka has a large number of Russian-made helicopters, including 12 Mi-8/17 helicopters, 36 BMP-2 vehicles, 6 Mi-24Ps and roughly 50 BTR-80 carriers, reports Sri Lanka Guardian.
