The new subsidiary signed an agreement with the authorities of Murmansk Region to carry passengers and cargoes into some not easily accessible areas of the Region and perform MEDEVAC flights. UTair Murmansk is also planning to enter into contracts on rendering air services along the North Sea Route – the shortest Arctic waterway connecting European and Far East ports of the Russian Federation.
