The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] and the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, United Aerospace Workers (UAW) Local 1069 today began formal negotiations for a new contract covering the 1,789 UAW-represented employees at the Boeing Rotorcraft Systems facility near Philadelphia. Informal negotiations, including sub-committee meetings, have been ongoing since mid-August.
