CLAIMS by residents that flights to and from Royal Derby Hospital’s helipad are in breach of planning permission have been dismissed.  Littleover residents claimed at a meeting this week that permission for the helipad had been granted on the basis that flights would go over a “green wedge of land” and not houses.
