Because of budget cuts, Saturday will be the last night either one of the two police helicopters will be flying in Tulsa for the foreseeable future.   Officials have said they will be saving $195,000 for the duration of the fiscal year by grounding the helicopters. The four officers assigned to the unit have been reassigned to patrol divisions, said Sgt. Ron Moulton, the unit’s supervisor.
