Air Comm Corp. is a privately held company that develops environmental control systems and provides mission-critical components and engineering solutions for military and commercial aerospace customers.
On Demand features a holistic approach to ensuring complete customer satisfaction through a program that includes Service on Demand, and Parts on Demand, according to company President Keith Steiner. Key features and benefits of the new program include:
Service on Demand

  • Air Comm keeps its most popular heaters and air conditioners in stock at all times, so there’s no waiting for those products
  • A unique extended warranty program is good for customers because it provides peace of mind.  While major component malfunctions are rare, their likelihood increases as that component ages.  The Air Comm extended warranty program provides an insurance policy for the operator
  • Fixed-price onsite training packages
  • Ongoing 24-hour call support (303-440-4075), so customers are assured of receiving personal support from an Air Comm staff member
  • Regular communication, through a quarterly newsletter, and service bulletins delivered at no cost directly to customer in-boxes
  • A newly launched website that allows online ordering of new heating and air conditioning systems

Parts on Demand

  • Air Comm maintains a stock of its most-requested parts to ensure that they are available as needed with no waiting
  • Next-day delivery for all critical components
  • For operators’ convenience, the most commonly used consumable and replacement parts have been packaged in Suggested Spare Parts Kits with incentive pricing.  Customers would pay 25 percent more if the same components were purchased separately. Other kits have been developed for air conditioning tuneups, cleaning, and system service.
  • Customers may now order parts and download updates service manuals at the new Air Comm website.

“AirComm has been able to and grow and thrive in challenging times because we have been successful at bringing new products to market, penetrating new market sectors, and continuously improving our operations,” Steiner said. “But the driving force behind all of this effort has been that we have always recognized opportunities to better serve our customers.”
