Since 2007, Quatro has manufactured composite wiper blades for application in several military helicopters’ windshield wiper systems, including the Eurocopter NH90. Broadening their production portfolio, Quatro will begin the design phase for the composite wiper blades for the Sikorsky CH-53K Super Stallion helicopter in May 2010.

Driven by the increased strength, stiffness, light weight properties, as well as the corrosion and fatigue resistance of composite materials, the United States national defense system has reached a higher level of effectiveness. Quatro operates under the highest quality standards, AS9100 and NADCAP, and has the ability to design, prototype, and manufacture a variety of components for advanced defense and aerospace applications.

Quatro manufactures and engineers products for the aerospace, military / defense and medical markets. The business operates in two locations, Orange City, Iowa, (Headquarters, Manufacturing & Distribution) and Poway, California (Technical Development Center).
