Mid-Continent Instruments announced today the promotion of Marissa Reddick to purchasing supervisor. Reddick’s primary objective in her new position is to ensure that all parts received meet Mid-Continent’s best cost, quality and delivery standards; these benefits are directly passed on to all Mid-Continent customers.

Reddick began her career at Mid-Continent Instruments in February 1997. She brings a broad knowledge base to the purchasing department, including an in-depth understanding of the lean manufacturing process, material resource planning and inventory management.

“Marissa is instrumental in sourcing parts for our new product development program,” said Cindy Highbarger, chief financial officer. “Her new responsibilities will enable her to utilize our supply chain to fully support our manufacturing and overhaul production.”
