Mid-Continent Instruments announced today the addition of online ordering to its newly revamped website.

The expanded website provides 24-hour online ordering capabilities, saving Mid-Continent customers time and offering easy access to pertinent information, no matter their time zone. Highlights of the comprehensive site include a real-time sales inventory, quick ordering of new outright, new exchange or overhaul exchange units, requesting a repair or return for credit (RMA) and reviewing company transaction history, such as invoices, orders and returns. Customers can review product features and specifications, as well as downloading installation manuals and engineering drawings.

“Mid-Continent is, as always, dedicated to the strong business-to-business sales and service philosophy that our customers have come to expect,” said Todd Winter, president and CEO. “We are providing our dealers with an efficient online purchasing tool that is accessible around the clock and around the world.”
While the company sells only to dealers and distributors, an additional function of the site helps pilots easily locate a Mid-Continent Instruments dealer across the globe. Simply entering a location — country, city, state or ZIP code — or clicking on a map produces targeted dealer contact information. Searching is also available via dealer name. This new feature helps expand business for dealers and distributors alike.

Tom Genovese, director of sales, said, “The new online ordering section of our website and dealer locator capability underscore our longstanding commitment to serving our customers. Those who prefer to place orders through our customer service representatives can still call, e-mail or fax us their requests — online ordering simply provides an additional avenue for communication.”
