Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited (PHHL), has signed Contract with Border Roads Organization (BRO) for providing helicopter support services to BRO for airlifting of personnel, equipments, cargo etc. to their distant locations of BRO in North East. The Contract was signed by Lt. Gen. M.C. Badhani, VSM, Director General, BRO and Shri R.K. Tyagi, CMD, Pawan Hans.

This contract is expected to help PHHL to explore the possibility of providing helicopter support services to BRO in other areas/projects across the country and support BRO projects in far flung and inaccessible areas of north eastern region.

Pursuant to the Contract, PHHL will provide twin engine MI-172 helicopter, which are also being operated by PHHL in North East and across the country successfully.
