Turbomeca USA appoints new customer support VP

World leading helicopter engine manufacturer, Turbomeca, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Vice President of Customer Support for its U.S. operations. Jean-Marc is replacing Leo Morrissette who is transitioning to a new position within the Turbomeca Group to be announced by the end of the year.

Jean-Marc comes to Turbomeca from our sister company Snecma where he performed a variety of roles since 1994. His most recent roles included Director of Material and Engine Overhaul Solutions for CFM and Product Support and Services Program Manager for Large Commercial Engines (GE90 & GP7000). Jean-Marc performed his undergrad in Aeronautical & Aerospace Engineering in France (Sup’Aero) and earned both a Master Degree and PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California. He brings a very successful record in Lean-Six Sigma implementation as well as strong Aviation market knowledge and excellent customer relationships.

Jean-Marc’s key focus will be to continue to enhance support to TMUSA customers through improved process development including internal and external communication and timely response to customer needs.  Russ Spray, President & CEO of Turbomeca USA, adds “Jean-Marc is a welcomed addition to our team.
