The FAA released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in today’s Federal Register regarding rest and duty requirements for flightcrew. The NPRM aims to establish a single set of flight time limitations, duty period limits, and rest requirements for part 121 pilots in an effort to improve safety.

Comments are due November 15, 2010.
