Atlantis Systems Eduplus expands training agreement with Sikorsky

Atlantis Systems Corp. (nex:AIQ.H) announced today that its subsidiary – Atlantis Systems Eduplus (ASE) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia – has signed a contract agreement with Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) as part of the Maritime Helicopter Project. Atlantis Systems is a globally recognized training integrator in the military and commercial aviation markets. Sikorsky Aerospace Services is the worldwide aftermarket division of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation (UTX 72.87, +0.36, +0.50%) .

Under the terms of this expanded contract, Atlantis will provide twenty-one (21) highly-skilled Instructors, Simulator Operators and Training Program Support Personnel to staff the Maritime Helicopter Training Center located at the Canadian Air Force Base in Shearwater. Atlantis has previously been working with Sikorsky to develop the training materials for aircrew and maintenance staff in support of the CH148 Cyclone helicopter program for the Canadian Government.
