CHC Helicopter today announced that it will release its financial results for its fiscal year 2011 second quarter ended October 31, 2010 by posting a quarterly report on the Investor Relations section of its website (www.chc.ca) after the market closes on Thursday, December 30, 2010.

CHC will also host a conference call on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at 2 p.m. Pacific (5 p.m. Eastern) to discuss the second quarter results.
