Rolls-Royce Corp., Indianapolis, Ind., was awarded on Dec. 17 a $9,312,910 firm-fixed-price contract.  This award will provide for the analysis, testing, repair and overhaul of 40 gas turbine engines to the OH-58 Kiowa helicopters.  Work will be performed in Neosho, Mo., and Oakland, Calif., with an estimated completion date of Sep. 30, 2011.  One bid was solicited with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-09-D-0207)
