Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded on Dec. 23 a $24,822,637 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for spares and ground support equipment to 40 UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters to the United Arab Emirates.  Work will be completed in Stratford, Conn., with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2014.  One bid was solicited with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, AMCOM, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0003).
