HAI is pleased to welcome Facilities Maintenance Technician/Courier Jose “JR” Lazo and Research/Administrative Assistant Nick Prelosky to the team.

JR brings to HAI a number of years of experience in many facets of the construction industry—ranging from serving as an electrical assistant to maintaining town homes for a homeowners association. His experience with UPS will stand him in good stead as HAI’s new courier.

Prior to joining HAI, Nick worked in the staff office of the Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee on Capitol Hill. He also held a variety of positions in several non-profit organizations while studying at the University of Texas.

With the Helicopter Foundation International (HFI), Nick’s duties will include conducting interviews with the pioneers of the helicopter industry, archiving historical information and improving the educational experience of those seeking a career in rotorcraft.
