HAI’s Insurance Committee is seeking to fill a vacancy for an Underwriter Member. Those interested in serving on the committee must be employees or officers of Regular or Associate Members of HAI, or be an Individual Member of HAI, and possess a strong knowledge of and experience in underwriting helicopter insurance or of the helicopter risk management field.

The Committee meets annually in February or March at HELI-EXPO®, HAI’s annual exposition and the world’s largest trade show dedicated to the international helicopter community. All members are expected to attend.

Applicants will be required to provide a resume detailing past experience in the helicopter insurance field and a letter from their employer indicating a willingness to support/fund the applicant’s participation in Committee activities.

The purpose of the HAI Insurance Committee is to maintain discussion of insurance and other risk-management concerns between the insurance industry and members of the international helicopter community.
