Winnipeg police made a quick arrest after someone directed a laser beam at their helicopter.  The EC120 was flying over a downtown neighbourhood when it was targetted by a laser pointer.  Officers quickly pinpointed the house where they believed the beam was coming from and made an arrest.  The man was later released, but only after committing to appear in court at a later date.
