According to Business Development Bank of Canada, a 407 secured loans totaling $2,404,636 that it made in 2007 and 2008 to Allied Aircraft Sales Inc. and CC Helicopters Ltd.  The bank  filed a petition in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas on Tuesday, asserting its interest in the helicopter.
