The Boeing Co., Ridley Park, Penn., was awarded on March 28 a $528,125,000 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the procurement of 25 CH-47F (Chinook) new-build cargo helicopters.  Work will be performed in Ridley Park, Penn., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 30, 2013.  One bid was solicited with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0098).
