EADS North America contributes to Quad-A Scholarship Foundation

EADS North America today announced that it has contributed $10,000 to the Army Aviation Association of America’s (AAAA) educational scholarship fund.

The latest contribution brings the company’s contribution total to $85,000 for the EADS North America Distinguished Scholar Endowment. In addition, it recognizes EADS North America as a major corporate donor to the scholarship program.

In presenting the donation, Dave Oliver, Chief Operating Officer of EADS North America said, “We are pleased to once again show our support for the Army Aviation Association of America’s scholarship program. Creating educational opportunities for AAAA members and their immediate family members is of great importance to our company.”

The endowment supports noteworthy candidates, both undergraduate and graduate students, chosen by the AAAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc.’s selection board. Founded in 1963, the AAAA Scholarship Foundation, Inc. awards more than $250,000 to over 150 students each year.
