At least one officer was killed and several others were injured as a Pakistani army helicopter crashed Tuesday evening some 40 km northwest of the country’s capital Islamabad, reported local Urdu TV channel Samaa.   Fatality named as Subedar Major Fayyaz, with injured personnel named as Lt Colonel Abdullah, Major Tufail, Lance Naik Ehsan and another unidentified soldier
