A former Thunder Bay filmmaker seriously injured in a Pennsylvania helicopter crash has died. Greg Jacobsen, 33, passed away on the weekend after spending more than three weeks in intensive care in an Allentown, Pa. hospital following the April 30 accident.   HeliHub.com page for this accident is here.  [File photo]
