David Maxwell Kershaw, 57, managing director, of Frankton, was remanded without plea when he appeared before Judge Dominic Flatley in the Queenstown District Court yesterday.  The charges relate to Kershaw’s previous directorship of Heliworks Queenstown Helicopters.
