AEM Corp is pleased to announce they have completed a distribution agreement with Adams Aviation located in the United Kingdom.

“We are thrilled to have someone as connected and experienced as Adams Aviation representing and selling our products in Europe”, said Dave Veitch, AEM’s president. “Adams will be able to offer continuity to our customers built on the relationship they had with NAT, and AEM is looking forward to growing that relationship.”

AEM Corp is pleased to announce they have recently been approved as a supplier for Eurocopter and AgustaWestland. “Through two collaborative yet very separate efforts with AgustaWestland and Eurocopter, we have been able to complete Design Organization-Production Organization (DO-PO) Agreements. This will allow AEM to deliver specific products to these organizations for use on their aircraft“, said Ray Lewis, AEM’s VP of Business Development.

“Completion of these agreements continues to add to the credibility of our organization and we are very proud to be working with such industry giants.”

About AEM Corp
Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing Corp started in the fall of 2009, when Northern Airborne Technology (NAT, now part of Cobham Avionics) elected to close manufacturing operations in Canada, creating an opportunity for a new, 100% employee-owned company to emerge with an incredible amount of skill and experience.

AEM Corp is vertically integrated to allow for maximum versatility with the ability to oversee cost, quality and commitments for delivery. AEM Corp completed a licensing agreement with Cobham Avionics in December 2010 and now is the only provider of many of the former NAT products. AEM Corp is a Transport Canada Approved Manufacturer and Maintenance Organization, and holds EASA Part 145 Maintenance Approval.
