Russia’s Interstate Aviation Committee has this week announced the completion of the certification process for Bell’s light twin model 429.  This will open the way for sales Jet Transfer, Bell’s distributor for in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.  Shortly after this achievement, and the handover of certificate number PT325 to the manufacturer, Jet Transfer announced the delivery of two aircraft, one in Russia and one to the Ukraine.  The latter is bright blue in colour, the latter is the 30th aircraft off the production line, and is now based at Uzhgorod carrying local registration UR-CHNK with the new purchaser.
