As of September 1, David Thibes was appointed Managing Director of Turbomeca Canada to replace Russ Spray , who maintains the position of Director of Turbomeca States.  David Thibes is a mechanical engineer aerospace graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. He has made ​​his career in Canada starting at Bombardier in 1997. He then joined the group Safran at Techspace Aero Canada in 2002 where he served as Chief   project designer, then Turbomeca United States in 2005 as a supplier quality engineer and finally, Turbomeca Canada in 2007 where he was director of operations to date.
