Onboard Systems International, Inc., a leading provider of innovative helicopter cargo hook equipment, announced that its Part 145 Repair Station has recently been certified by EASA to issue FAA Form 8130-3 Dual Release Certificates for service, repair and overhaul work.

“This is something that our European customers have wanted for a long time,” said Karsten Lemmon, Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Onboard Systems. “Many operators prefer to have their equipment serviced at the factory, and we are excited to be able to offer these customers an EASA-approved option.”
