CHC HelicopterÂ announced a major restructure and series of strategic appointments within its senior management team in Aberdeen to support the existing customer base and grow its key markets.
Nick MairÂ was appointed regional vice president for the Western North Sea Division following the integration of CHCâ€™s European and global operations into a single Helicopter Services Division.
Tasked with leading CHCâ€™s business units in the U.K., the Netherlands and Denmark, he will also oversee the search and rescue bases in Ireland and the U.K.
Mair, who has been with CHC since 1999 and most recently held the post of vice president of operations, will continue to be based at CHC House in Dyce.
Other senior changes in Aberdeen include the promotion ofÂ Rob PendleÂ to vice president of maintenance and technical services, and the appointment ofÂ Dave StewartÂ as finance director.
Also,Â De JansenÂ was named director of flight standards based in the Netherlands. His former post, business unit leader for the southern North Sea, will be filled byÂ Paula McKenzie. Both have worked from CHCâ€™s North Denes base in the east of England for a number of years.
Globally, the Helicopter Services Division will be led by newly appointed presidentÂ John Graber.Â He will split his time between CHCâ€™s various European operations.
