Aero Dynamix Inc. is very proud to announce that long time test pilot Dwayne Williams has joined their growing team of night vision goggle professionals.

“We are extremely pleased to announce that Dwayne has joined the team at Aero Dynamix” stated General Manager Dennis Trout.  “He is truly one of the industry professionals that everyone respects and enjoys working with.  He brings so much experience to us that we are simply thrilled” Dennis continued.

Mr. Williams started off his aviation career as a Warrant Officer in the US Army flying UH-1 helicopters in the Republic of Vietnam where he received numerous awards including the Air Medal with 27 Oak Leaf Clusters, two for Valor, and the Distinguished Flying Cross.  Dwayne then made the transition to the civilian helicopter world by first working as a pilot for Petroleum Helicopter Industries.  There he supported off shore flight activities in the Gulf of Mexico and in West Irian, formerly known as Dutch New Guinea, in support of high altitude mining activities.

His long and successful career at Bell Helicopter began when he became an employee of Bell Helicopter International where he assumed the role of Chief Pilot for Advanced Flight Training in Esfahan, Iran.  There he managed the flight operations of approximately 100 instructor pilots who were providing advanced flight training toselected Imperial Iranian Army Aviation pilots.  Following that successful operation, Dwayne then returned to the United States and for the next 28 years he was an experimental test pilot and later became Director of Flight Operations and Chief Pilot for Bell Helicopter Textron based in Fort Worth, Texas.  Prior to his arrival at Aero Dynamix Dwayne also served as Chief Pilot for Heritage Aviation in Grand Prairie, Texas and MD Helicopterslocated in Mesa, Arizona.

Mr. Williams holds numerous Federal Aviation Administration ratings to include Airline Transport Pilot ratings in Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Rotorcraft-Helicopter and has type ratings in the Bell Helicopter 214, Bell Helicopter 214ST, Bell Helicopter 205, Bell Helicopter 206, Sikorsky S-92 and the Cessna Citation III.  He is a Certified Flight Instructor in Airplane Single- and Multi-Engine Land and Rotorcraft-Helicopter, Instrument Airplane and Rotorcraft-Helicopter.  He is also an FAA Designated Engineering Representative, Helicopter Flight Test Pilot.

“I personally am extremely excited to have Dwayne on the team because of what he brings to the customer” stated Tonka Hufford, Operations Manager for Aero Dynamix.  “We’re going to be able to do so much more and bring something truly unique to the Aero Dynamix customer with the addition of Dwayne” Tonka continued,  “ the customers are what we’re all about here at Aero Dynamix.  I can definitely tell you that the customer will see the difference in our ability to respond to their needs with Dwayne on board.”
