As CEO, Gabe will lead the company in its commitment to deliver innovative equipment maintenance training and support solutions that exceed customer expectations, drive industry trends, and focus on results-oriented performance.

Earlier this year Batstone returned to NGRAIN as Chief Operating Officer from his position as the Managing Director of CAE Flightscape, the world leader in the science of flight safety, specializing in flight data analysis.  At Flightscape, Batstone leveraged his more than 15 years of product management, business development, and marketing experience to drive revenue growth, penetrate emerging world markets and sign strategic partnerships with key industry players, including Dassault Aviation, RUAG Aviation, Bristow Helicopter Ltd. and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

During Batstone’s first tenure at NGRAIN he held a variety of senior positions, including Vice President of Sales and Business Development. In this role Batstone helped to triple the sales pipeline which contributed to a more than 300 percent increase in sales in a single year. As Chief Operating Officer, Gabe brought his experience in developing efficient operational structures and profitable business plans to NGRAIN, helping the company move forward in its next phase of growth.
