Dubai Customs have seized an Aerocopter AK1-3 two seat helicopter claiming it was being illegally imported into the emirate.  Paperwork showed the shipping container had furniture in it, but the reality was different.  One local media report suggesting the aircraft could be used for terrorist activities or smuggling operations, but that seems unlikely for such a small and low-speed aircraft.
