Avionics Magazine is proud to launch the inaugural Avionics Women in Technology Awards Program, honoring the significant contributions of women in aviation electronics in the business, commercial, and military aviation sectors and in air traffic management.

The program will include three awards to be selected by a distinguished advisory panel of industry peers — Woman of the Year, Company of the Year, and Emerging Leader. The awards will be presented on June 4, 2012 at a luncheon in the Washington, D.C.

“The Avionics Women in Technology Award is an opportunity to highlight the innovative work and contributions made to the industry by women aerospace engineers,” said Emily Feliz, editor in chief of Avionics Magazine.
