One of two OH-58Ds which crashed around the same time at Joint Base Lewis-McChord on night training flights.  Each involved 2 fatalities.  Not yet released whether it was one accident or two. The four were named as Capt. Anne M. Montgomery, and Chief Warrant Officers Frank A. Buoniconti, Joseph S. Satterfield and Lucas Daniel Sigfrid
