Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Hurst, Texas, was awarded an $8,239,840 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the procurement of a Bell Helicopter Huey II aircraft with maintainer and pilot training.  Work will be performed in Ozark, Ala., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2012.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-11-G-0011).
