Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services-North America (Vector) www.vectoraerospace.com a subsidiary of Vector Aerospace Corporation and one of the world’s leading providers of helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services will be exhibiting at Heli-Expo 2012 (Booth # 7139).

Vector will attend Heli-Expo 2012 with its experienced and knowledgeable helicopter sales, operations and customer support team to discuss customer requirements related to delivery and development of value-driven helicopter repair and overhaul solutions that extend aircraft life, improve reliability and reduce operator cost. Vector’s team are prepared to assist operators explore options related to its traditional Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) approved engine, dynamic components, airframe and avionics services, as well as newer programs such as the UH1 Upgrade Program, Turbomeca Arriel 2 and General Electric CT7 engine services, and its continually evolving variety of glass cockpit solutions, covering a range of Sikorsky, Bell and Eurocopter products.

In 2011, Vector experienced success in several key market segments such as defense sector market development; high-lighted by growth with the Canadian Department of Defence (CH124 / CH-146 / CT7 programs), as well as US military programs, including the TH-57 (US Navy) overhaul program and the introduction of the TH-67 (US Army) overhaul program; based out of Vector-Alabama. As well, 2011 saw the Vector UH1 Upgrade program grow in scale with Vector performing UH1 upgrades for Defense and Security operators in the United States and Brazil; and with various other international defense operators showing interest in Vector’s UH1 capability.

Commercial activities were highlighted by the addition of the Arriel 2 engine line and subsequent marketshare growth; increased marketshare with Vector’s General Electric CT7 engine line; and increased levels of activity across most engines, dynamic components, airframes and avionics lines throughout its operations. Other key projects currently in development by Vector include the Sikorsky S61T and AS332 Super Puma programs, in addition to the ongoing development of glass cockpit solutions for various legacy aircraft.
