Air Comm Corporation will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special event on Monday, Feb. 13, at 2 p.m. in its Heli-Expo Exhibit 9743.

The media and show attendees are invited to the celebration. Attendees may enter a drawing for a MacBook Air, and the winner will be announced during the event. Beer, wine, and other refreshments will be served.

Norm Steiner, Executive Vice-President, founded Air Comm in 1987, initially working out of his home basement to design cabin heater and air conditioner systems for commercial helicopters. From their introduction of the revolutionary mini-ejector bleed air heater in 1987, Air Comm Corp. has consistently led the industry in innovation, developing dozens of STC’d and TC’d systems for Agusta, Bell, Eurocopter, Enstrom,  MD, and Sikorsky helicopters along the way.

Today, Air Comm is a growing, $15.5 million enterprise serving both the civil and military aviation industries from locations in Colorado and Texas.  The company’s new 5,000-square-foot business development and R & D test facility has further expanded its capabilities.  Air Comm now offers design, engineering and testing services to validate designs and optimize the performance of new or existing environmental control systems and components.

“Our consistent focus on engineering excellence and customer service, along with great customers and employees, have brought us to this point,” said Air Comm President Keith Steiner. “Norm and I are confident they will serve us well for the next 25 years.”
