HELI-EXPO 2012 on-site registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on Sat., Feb 11, in Hall F of the Dallas Convention Center.

HAI’s Membership Meeting & Breakfast takes place at 8:00 a.m. on Sun., Feb. 12, in Ballroom C of the Hilton Anatole.

HAI’s Job Fair takes place from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sun., Feb. 12, in Ballroom C1 of the Hilton Anatole.

Free WiFi at HELI-EXPO 2012
HAI is providing free wireless service during HELI-EXPO 2012 in the following areas:

• Lobby area, ballrooms and meeting rooms: use HELIEXPO 2012 network
• HAI Social Networking Lounge: use HAI SOCIAL network
• HAI Booth: use HAI BOOTH network

What’s Happening at the HAI Booth
Come to the HAI Booth (#8632) to visit HAI staff and committee members. While you’re there, pick up a few freebies and enjoy our mini-theater. We will also have recharging stations to help you stay powered up.

Shuttle Bus Schedule
Shuttle buses will be running from HELI-EXPO 2012 hotels to the Dallas Convention Center from Sun., Feb. 12, through Tues., Feb. 14. The complete schedule will be listed in the Program Guide, on the HELI-EXPO 2012 show app, and on www.rotor.com.
