At this February’s Heli-Expo 2012, Cadorath Aerospace will launch its new AeroParts website – an online resource for part repairs, exchanges, buying and selling worldwide. See http://www.cadorath.com/aeroparts/
“AeroParts is a new generation of website interaction with our customers. AeroParts allows customers to easily research their options and request custom quotes for available repairs, exchanges or purchases. The idea came after reviewing our customer needs with live time data and quick response times. We found there was no tool out there that fit our customers’ unique needs, so we developed our own.
“AeroParts is user-friendly, and allows the customer to pull up any repair Cadorath performs,†said Dave Haines, Vice President of Cadorath Aerospace. “But we didn’t stop there. After developing AeroParts, we realized that our customers could benefit by selling their spare parts online. With that, AeroPartners – the Storefront to the World – was born.â€
An exclusive service reserved for Bell Helicopter Customer Service Facilities and fleet operators who do their own maintenance, AeroPartnerships provide access to the online selling power of AeroParts.
Over the years, Cadorath and its group of companies have continuously invested in providing solutions in all areas of the business – creating strategic alliances, improving customer interaction, eliminating waste through lean manufacturing, and expanding its rework facilities to 100,000 square feet.
“Our commitment to excellence is moving us forward in our vision of becoming a global company driven by integrity, solutions and satisfaction – backed by tens of thousands of repairs with millions of proven flight hours,†said Gerry Cadorath, President.
