Attention All Smooth Operators! Did you fly accident free in 2011?

HAI’s Operator Safety Award recognizes operators who concluded 2011 accident-free.  HAI provides an engraved commemorative plaque and medallion at no cost to first-time recipients who qualify. Members who previously received an Operator Safety Award and submit an application affirming they had no accidents will receive an additional medallion to place on their plaques for each year they are accident-free.

The application only takes a couple of minutes to fill out, the information submitted is held strictly confidential, and it’s a free service to all HAI operator members.
